How Naturally Keto-licious Began

After hearing about the ketogenic lifestyle and its extraordinary health benefits, my bestie and I decided to give it a shot. We had no idea at the time that we had just begun the most amazing keto journey!

We strictly followed the keto diet for several months, and were both doing sensationally. We felt better than we had in years, were full of energy and the bonus was that we were both losing weight and inches! We agreed that this was not just a fad diet, but a lifestyle for us.

Since the keto diet has no sugar, we started looking at what was available on the market to satisfy our occasional sweet cravings, but that would not disturb our precious and newly attained state of ketosis. We tried other brands of ketogenic sweets, but found that they were either tasteless or that they were made with products that contained things like aspartame and other un-natural ingredients that have been known to cause serious health problems.

As a result, we started making our own no-sugar, low carb sweets and through months of trial and error, together we came up with the perfect combination of all-natural ingredients that not only completely satisfy our sweet cravings, but keeps us in a continual state of ketosis. The great thing is that our cookies are not just for those on keto diets, but for anyone that needs a gluten-free and/or no sugar, low carbohydrate diet. We have found that even our family members who are not on the keto diet eat our cookies as fast as we make them!

We are so excited about sharing our cookies with you and others with the same desired goals! We hope that you love them as much as we do!

Here’s to a lifetime of great health and great cookies!
